Upstream很勤勉，downstream很懒惰。。。
 
总之是merge了所有更新。关闭弹幕生效了。还有一群别的改动，具体看Upstream的commit吧。
 
调整了弹幕速度，现在终于不瞎狗眼了。

Merged all the upstream update till today, and slow down the speed of danmaku with the way the author recommend.
"Disable Danmaku" is available now, coming with a lot of update.
